​The Willow is an all-inclusive space in which each of us strives to create a safe, comfortable and welcoming environment for all people, regardless of their race, ethnicity, gender identity, religion, accessibility, sexual orientation, or economic means. The Willow operates within a building collective that shares these principles. Our tattoos are made to be tattooed on all bodies, all skin tones, all ethnicities, all genders, all orientations. We do not tolerate hate speech or hateful actions of any kind. Language or actions toward artists, clients, guests, or anyone in the Willow that are/perceived to be racist, sexist, anti-LGBTQ, body shaming, hair shaming, or any negative or violent behavior/speech will not be tolerated.
